To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Tracking

  • The order tracking tool you can use that to track your order. All you need is your order number and your billing email address.
  • The order tracking will update within 2 – 5 days after you’ve made a payment from pending payment to processing.
  • Once it is in processing, that means the item is already being shipped and the tracking number will be provided to you within the tracking tool
  • Once the shipment shows that it has arrived according to the tracking number, the order will be moved to completed. If you did not receive your item and yet the shipment status is shown as completed please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]
